Packs are priced at a flat 1,000,000 credits per Australian dollar, so in AUD a larger pack is never cheaper per credit. Credits you buy do not expire, and are never forfeited if a Pro entitlement lapses — they become spendable again when it resumes.
Pricing FAQ
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The GCS — General Cross Section tool will always be free. We believe in giving engineers access to professional tools without barriers.
How does per-tool pricing work?
You only pay for the tools you use. Each Basic-plan tool is AU$15 per user per month, so subscribing to two of them comes to AU$30 total.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to the new plan right away. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep your current plan until the end of your billing cycle, then the change applies. No lock-in either way.
Do you offer annual billing?
No, and that's deliberate. Instead of locking you into a yearly contract for a discount, we keep the monthly price as low as we can. You pay month to month, there's no lock-in, and you can cancel any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. We take your card details up front so the subscription continues automatically when the trial ends, but nothing is charged until then — cancel any time before the end date and you pay nothing.
How does the Pro tier API and MCP usage charge work?
The Pro tier includes programmatic access via REST and MCP. Calls are metered in credits against a per-user balance that refills each billing period — the included allowance scales with how many Pro entitlements you're paying for. If you run out, you can top up at any time. Credits you buy do not expire, though spending them needs a current Pro entitlement — if yours lapses the credits are retained, not forfeited, and become spendable again when it resumes. There are no surprise bills: when the balance hits zero, further API and MCP calls return a clear error until you top up or the period rolls over. Per-call prices are published live on the API & MCP page and surfaced on every metered response.
