You only pay for the tools you use. If you need the LGS and ACS tools on the Basic plan, that's AU$15 per tool per user per month (AU$30 total).

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to the new plan right away. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep your current plan until the end of your billing cycle, then the change applies. No lock-in either way.

No, and that's deliberate. Instead of locking you into a yearly contract for a discount, we keep the monthly price as low as we can. You pay month to month, there's no lock-in, and you can cancel any time.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.

Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.

The Pro tier includes programmatic access via REST and MCP. Calls are metered in AUD against a per-user balance that refills each billing period — the included allowance scales with how many Pro entitlements you're paying for. If you run out, you can top up at any time. There are no surprise bills: when the balance hits zero, further API and MCP calls return a clear error until you top up or the period rolls over. Per-call prices are published live on the API & MCP page and surfaced on every metered response.
