Frequently Asked Questions
What design codes do you support?
Coriolis Design supports three code families simultaneously: Eurocodes (EN 1992, EN 1993, EN 1993-1-3), Australian Standards (AS 3600, AS 4100, AS/NZS 4600), and US Codes (ACI 318, AISC 360, AISI S100). You can switch between them with one click.
How accurate are the calculations?
All calculations are verified against published design standards and reference material. Every result is traceable to a specific code clause, which is included in the PDF reports.
Can I export results?
Yes. Generate professional PDF reports with a single click. Reports include full calculation breakdowns with code clause references, suitable for checking and project documentation.
What is the AI / MCP integration?
Coriolis Design supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing AI assistants like Claude to run analyses, create sections, and generate designs programmatically. This lets you automate repetitive tasks and explore design alternatives faster.
Who is Integraph?
Integraph is a structural engineering software company based in Australia. We build browser-based design tools for professional engineers, focused on accuracy, usability, and modern workflows.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We follow industry best practices for data security and access control.
Can I use this offline?
Coriolis Design is a browser-based application and requires an internet connection. However, your work is automatically saved as you design, so you never lose progress.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free tier includes the Section Analyzer tool, up to 3 projects, and 5 sections per tool. No credit card required.
How does pricing work?
Basic and Pro plans are priced per tool, per user. For example, if you need the LGS Designer and Concrete Designer on the Basic plan, that's AU$10 per tool per user per month. The Section Analyzer is always free.
What browsers are supported?
Coriolis Design works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend using the latest version for the best experience.
Do you have an API?
Yes. All platform features are accessible via a RESTful API. We also support the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI assistant integration. See the API & MCP page for details.
